SECRET MOVIE CLUB

The Secret Movie Club is committed to screening great movies on 35mm in great Los Angeles movie houses with great audiences.  We only show the DCP if we can't secure a 35mm or 70mm print or at the filmmaker's request.  We currently are screening all our movies at our own downtown theater space as well as some of Los Angeles's oldest and most beloved movie houses.

S.M.C. PROGRAMMER

Craig Hammill is a 4th generation Los Angelino, moviemaker, and movielover. His great-grandfather, Sam Levine, was a tailor at MGM during the 1930's and 1940's, stitching the costumes for the likes of Jimmy Stewart and movies like The Wizard of Oz. So movies are in his blood!  Craig programs the Secret Movie Club based on audience input and works to get the best 35mm prints of movies that MUST be seen with packed audiences in movie theaters so we can all have great communal experiences.
